E - learning Developer and Communications Specialist

The Elearning Developer and Communications Specialist will develop and deliver curricula using online, face-to-face, and blended learning environments, and will create communications, training modules, and reference materials that are delivered in a variety of ways (LMS, website, SharePoint, etc.). He/She will apply data analytics, knowledge-management skills, and instructional design experience to improve learning programs for the RA user community performance and development. They will work alongside seasoned Regulatory Affairs professionals with depth of knowledge in a range of topics, including medical device classification, product instructions for use, countries' approving agencies and organizations. You will include diverse and culturally aware solutions in all communications and training deliverables. Essential Job Functions The Elearning Developer and Communications Specialist will identify user needs, create assessment instruments and designs, develop, and deliver appropriate learning and communication solutions. You will collaborate with SMEs, management, and others to translate learning requirements into effective communications and training programs.   Working with RA Operations team to identify process and transactional knowledge required to help users be successful Implement management's training and communication strategy use instructional design and develop principles Designing and creating high-quality, engaging and effective eLearning courses Creating SCORM content using articulate storyline and other eLearning authoring tools Converting legacy courses to responsive eLearning Establish and test agile training and design development process to efficiently work SMEs to create and deliver training Create, administer, analyze user analysis for skills gaps, mapping training content and deliver to meet their needs and close the gaps Ensure all learning and communications elements work together to deliver high impact effective user experience from  change management objectives to software transactional training Design and develop multidimensional communications vehicles  website, infographics, eBooks that motivate and support users Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and report results to appropriate Program Leaders, Learning and Development Managers. Develops and presents recommendations for continuous improvements to technical training Maintains expertise in e-learning development tools and methods Creating focused simulation training to support users for software application Design and develop communication and modules with global diversity and cultural themes to support organizational change management Use leading-edge learning development technology to engaging user learning experiences Coordinate with Project Managers to build the training schedule and identify tools required to deliver the training  Delivers quality learning programs on time and on budget  Special projects as assigned Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields or related studies: Instructional Design Educational Technology Education related degrees, such as adult learning and education, organizational development and psychology, and Human Resources development 5 years minimum experience in eLearning design and development Knowledge of the latest trends in education and how technology enables learning Excellent interpersonal skills High energy and positive attitude, with proven track record to inspire, teach and motivate trainees Ability to experiment with new learning techniques and technologies, and to seize new opportunities for enhancing learning Ability to prioritize and apply basic program management skills to changing business needs Ability to work independently and interdependently Understanding of technical reviews and process flows for user training Demonstrated expertise and proficiency with LMS solutions and proprietary software applications, instructional design for software application and adult learning methodologies  Experience in rapid prototyping, iterative design, or in other practices that streamline development processes Familiarity with graphic design, audio, and video elements and software as they pertain to online course design and delivery are necessary for the position Must have demonstrated expertise and proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and other authoring tools High comfort level with the use of technology for communication and task completion. Ability to navigate complex projects and collaborate across the organization with varying levels of leadership Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously Job ID 2018-12456

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
