00amAs the Senior Warehouse Operations Supervisor you will focus on building a culture that supports high employee morale and ensures company policies and procedures are met.

What you'll do on a typical day:
o Establish work schedules, assign jobs and train staffo Guide, counsel and encourage employees; improve potential and champion high standards o Establish and maintain effective relationships with onsite customers and other key partners o Provide a safe and secure work environment through training and safety inspections o Assist with evaluating employee performance, providing written and verbal feedback o Implement and carry out all company policies, procedures and standardso Responsibility over OB auditing across various shiftso Error Tracking & Reportingo On-going training of teamso International order process compliance oversighto Engagement/Involvement in the order cancellation process in partnership with Ops teamo Return to stock processo oRCCA and CAPA action engagement and partnership with Ops for recurring issuesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
o 3 years of relevant experience o Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment o Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt'd be great if you also have:
o Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experienceo 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience o Bilingual English/Spanisho Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environmento Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience o Solid problem-solving skills o Proven ability to follow, promote and implement safety programsThis job requires the ability to:
o Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weightso Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of timeo Reach (including above your head), bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel o Handle or manage tools or equipmento Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environmentsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
