The Service Coordinator/Dispatcher is responsible for planning, scheduling and logging daily installations, repairs, and service work to maximize billable time and meet productivity goals.
Assist the Department manager with performing a variety of other department tasks when needed.
Distinguishing Characteristics, Duties, and
Responsibilities:
Requires extensive time management ability to meet multiple deadlines on time Ability to plan, problem solve and provide innovative solutions Must demonstrate a high level of Safety Awareness and consistently promotes Safety preventative processes throughout the department.
Demonstrates and implements knowledge/decisions based on DOT rules and regulations Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times Manages standardized business practices for service operations Remains completely involved with supporting customers needs and concerns when needed Supports the department manager with other duties or with completing other department tasks when needed Can effectively manage department paperwork, reports, or documents accordingly.
Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment Ability to work with builders and contractors and work to meet their needs on a daily basis Work with service technicians daily to maximize production and meet customer need Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Previous Dispatching Experience is a plus Computer Systems Aptitude is a Must Professionalism and Responsiveness Being Available to Assist when Needed Productive and Limited Supervision at Times Practices and Promotes Safety Awareness through Actions and Decision Making Typical business hours at 8:

but some Overtime required to support business needs Ability to work with other employees within the department for training opportunities and improvement to efficiencies Location:
Must be local to the Monck's Corner, Summerville, and Goose Creek area.
