Due to recent growth, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate.
It all flows through you.
As a member of our warehouse team, you will take orders from request to reality, in an environment where you'll feel and create a culture of safety and family.
You will safely and efficiently move and track all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
This includes loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory and basic facility maintenance.
This position operates in a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) facility and must adhere to all policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receives and unloads containers; and places incoming inventory items appropriately Pulls orders efficiently and accurately Packs orders while double checking items pulled Restocks shelves when needed Refills packing supplies when empty Keeps warehouse clean and organized daily Abides by all Company safety and hygiene regulations Contributes ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures General building maintenance:
repair and upkeep may include cleaning, painting and landscape tasks Contributes to the overall success of the Company by performing other duties including working overtime, as required All Employees Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
Continue to grow lean knowledge and use the tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Qualifications, Education and/or
Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Experience related specifically to FTZ's preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The individual should be self-motivated and be capable of working as part of a team or alone with little supervision.
Ability to produce precise and accurate work Physical Demands:
