Responsibilities:
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure the best solutions are provided to customers in alignment with their transportation needs Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally Utilize the list of available drivers and the current available driving hours report to plan loads to be dispatched using the load planner spread sheet Promptly and professionally respond to all inquiries and directives from customer representatives Efficiently plan and schedule back haul routes to maximize utilization of resources and minimize empty miles Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED required Candidates need to be knowledgeable of transportation industry rules and regulations and adhere to local laws Dispatch experience required Customer Service experience preferred Experience in the transportation industry Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently Possesses drive and initiative Strong attention to detail Contribute to a positive work environment Industry Leading
