Assist the Center Store (Grocery) Manager in providing quality customer service within the Center Store (Grocery) Department; Be responsible for maintaining standards in accordance with the standard practice manual; Assist the department in maximizing sales through excellent customer service and minimizing shrink through proper utilization of standard practice; Ensure achievement of productivity goals of the stock crew.
